‘Keep Running’ Video Release Party at The Chamber, Dec. 22, 1984

This was our third concert at the Chamber and the official Parousia “Keep Running” video release party. It took time but eventually we became more proficient at producing a showcase performance.  For this ‘invitation only’ event we offered free beer, free food live music and the first public viewing of Parousia’s “Keep Running” video for our friends and fans. A pretty good deal on a cold winter’s night in Buffalo N.Y.

We finished mastering the “Keep Running” video back in October and began distributing select copies in November. We decided to have our video release party in December because our audio /video engineer Gregg Filippone would be in town visiting for Christmas.  It was a fine holiday gathering of family, friends and well wishers.

After a special live performance of select Parousia songs, the band played the “Keep Running” video.  The party became so big, it spilled over into the adjoining upper flat where I lived with my room-mate Jim Couch.
